Based in Reading, I am a qualified chartered accountant, providing a flexible commercial accountancy service to businesses across the Thames Valley.
The relationship with my clients is unique as each one is personal to that specific client and they know that I am available to help and support as needed. Sometimes that includes being the sounding board for ideas, helping with business problems, providing commercial accountancy support such as cash flows, financial plans, management reports or making sure that processes are in place to meet required standards. As a clients trusted business advisor, my role is to work with the owners and key decision makers to drive strategic delivery and plans whilst also ensuring that finance and operational teams have the training and knowledge to become efficient and effective - ultimately resulting in finance functions having appropriate controls and governance. This enables management information and KPI's to be delivered to assess performance against strategic goals and allow informed decisions to be made in a timely manner.
